How do I cancel?

Use the "manage subscription" link in any Square receipt email, or send us a message above with the topic "Subscription or billing". Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period.

Can I use it on a new phone?

Yes. Open the app on the new phone and sign in with the same email you subscribed with. Your subscription follows your email, not the device.

The camera won't start

Check the browser has camera permission (phone Settings → your browser → Camera). Use the HTTPS link, not a saved copy. On iPhone, Safari works best; on Android, Chrome.

It's not detecting my swing

Step back until your whole body and feet are in frame, keep the phone level (the app tells you), and avoid strong backlight. Face-on works best to start.

Did my payment go through?

Square emails a receipt within a minute. No receipt? Check spam, then message us with the topic "Subscription or billing".
